By using this website or placing an order you agree to the terms below. They're written to be readable, not to trip anyone up.
Orders
An order is confirmed once we acknowledge it by email or WhatsApp. Because pieces are handmade in small batches, we may occasionally need to cancel and refund an item that has sold out.
Pricing
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable state sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where required. We may change prices at any time, but never after an order is confirmed.
Handmade variation
Small differences in print placement, fabric shade, and pearl arrangement are part of hand production and are not considered faults.
Intellectual property
All product photography, designs, and copy on this site belong to DreamyNeedle LLC and may not be reused commercially without written permission.
Liability and law
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.
