Shipping Policy

Every order is made or checked by hand before it leaves the studio, so please allow us a little processing time.
Processing time
In-stock pieces ship within 2–4 business days. Bridal and custom commissions take 2–3 weeks; we confirm a date by email before we begin.
Rates and delivery
Flat $6.50 USPS First Class shipping within the United States, free on orders over $50. Priority Mail is available at checkout by request.
Typical delivery is 3–6 business days after dispatch. We currently ship to all 50 states and APO addresses.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your parcel is scanned. If tracking hasn't moved after five business days, contact us and we'll open a case with the carrier.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will remake or refund the affected items at no cost.
