We want you to love what you ordered. If a piece isn't right, here's exactly how we'll make it right.
Returns window
Unworn pieces in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method.
How to start a return
Email hello@dreamyneedle.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We reply with a prepaid label for US orders.
Refunds are issued within 3 business days of the parcel arriving back at the studio.
Exchanges
Happy to swap a color or size at no charge, subject to availability. If the replacement costs more we'll send a short payment link for the difference.
Non-returnable items
Custom bridal commissions, sale items marked final, and worn pieces cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Faulty workmanship is always covered.
