Information we collect

When you place an order or send a message we collect the details you give us: name, email address, shipping address, phone number if provided, and the contents of your message.

Your cart and wishlist are stored only in your own browser and are never transmitted to us until you choose to send an order.

How we use it

To fulfil and ship your order, answer your questions, and — only if you opt in — send occasional studio updates. We do not sell or rent customer data to anyone.

Service providers

We share the minimum necessary information with the services that help us operate: our shipping carrier, our email provider, and our website host. Each processes data on our instructions only.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@dreamyneedle.com. Newsletter emails include a one-click unsubscribe link.
